OK fine, you want tread?! Well then we're going to give you more tread than you can handle! We developed the Pioneer to have the deepest and widest tread available on a Onewheel tire BY FAR.

The Pioneer was created with the wintertime rider in mind. The rider who doesn't let a little rain or snow stop their fun. The 2.5mm deep siping on the treads significantly improves traction in wet/icy/snowy conditions and the 6mm wide and 5.5mm deep treads on the Pioneer is so gnarly, we dare you to lose traction on this beast!

The Pioneer profile is designed to have a large contact patch to improve stability and grip in sketchy conditions. It's a 6.9" wide tire with a nice large center-line flat strip at the crown and progressive shoulders so it holds a straight line like it's on rails, but the progressive shoulders make initiating and holding edge on a turn super easy.
